Understand what records mean, when they appear, and what is shared.
01. Updates are intended to report trade facts
The first service is planned around sharing executed trades and following people. Notifications are intended to report trades that have already happened, such as ‘A bought stock B.’
Personalized trade recommendations, buy or sell instructions, and order execution are outside the first-release scope. The precise offering will be finalized after pre-launch review.
02. Investing can result in loss of principal
Another person’s trades or past performance do not guarantee future returns. Different investment objectives, finances and risk tolerance mean similar trades can produce different outcomes.
Fictional records and example screens explain the service. They are not investment recommendations or evidence of actual performance.
03. Execution, publication and viewing can differ
1Execution
2Publication
3Viewing
Prices and market conditions when you view a record or notification may differ from those at execution. Shared records do not necessarily show all of a person’s trades or assets.
Consent does not remove the need to assess restrictions on sharing sensitive financial information. Recipients, fields and identifiability will be defined after review of applicable law, brokerage agreements and app-store data policies.
Supported brokers, publication timing and handling of omissions or corrections will be announced once confirmed.
04. Strategy templates are a future plan
Toll-Grid templates reflecting personal settings are a future plan, subject to investment-advisory registration, legal review and other requirements. Availability and precise scope have not been confirmed.
